In 2020, Obys released an educational editorial called Typographic Principles: it explores the rules of type with stunts and exercises, ranging from basic things like play on contrasts to some smaller tricks such as using kerning and tracking. “We aimed to make this project eye-catching and created it in the form of a gallery, combining scrolling and interactivity with unexpected transformations—for example, posters turn into text while the viewer is scrolling,”—says Viacheslav.

Animations:
we incorporate on-scroll effects in most of our editorials, because they make narration more interactive and vivid.

Fixed widgets:
this option stimulates our imagination and helps implement many creative ideas.
