Community Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to join our team at Readymag. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing our ambassador program, managing influencer collaborations, and organizing community initiatives. If you have experience in marketing, communications, or community management and a strong interest in design—come join us!

This is a remote position under a service agreement. Our Marketing team workday typically starts around 10AM (CET time zone). The maximum time zone difference is around 4 hours so that we can all stay connected.

Readymag is a design tool that helps creatives build standout websites without coding. We empower designers, studios, and agencies to create exceptional digital experiences with ease. We’re a fully distributed team with a strong international user community and client-oriented service.

As our Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our ambassador network and influencer collaborations.

  • Recruit and onboard new ambassadors who align with Readymag’s values;
  • maintain relationships with ambassadors, ensuring consistent communication and support;
  • track ambassador activities, including impact on brand awareness;
  • build and nurture relationships with key influencers;
  • track influencer performance, measuring reach, engagement, and impact;
  • plan and coordinate Readymag offline community meetups.
