1. Sponsorship
Readymag Inc., a legal entity incorporated and registered in Delaware, having its registered office at: 95 Montague Street, Unit 1410, Brooklyn, NY, 11201, is a sponsor of the Contest and will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Contest, the Entrant (or "You") agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of Readymag, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. Readymag reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at its sole discretion. By entering the Contest, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to accept the decisions of Readymag in relation to the Contest as final and binding.
2. Entry
Both individual and corporate entrants are allowed. Individual entrants and winners must be at least 18 years of age. Corporate entrants and winners must ensure their entity is duly registered in accordance with the applicable law and is a fully operating entity. Multiple entries per entrant are allowed in the Contest.
Entrants must send entries as required in the Contest announcement in order to be eligible. In order to enter the Contest entrant must ensure that the entrant’s webpage/website meets the criteria as published in the Contest announcement.
Entries received after the deadline set forth in the Contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. Readymag will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Readymag is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by Readymag for any reason.
The Contest is subject to applicable laws (including federal, state, and local laws) and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Readymag employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and directors (collectively the "Employees"), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Contest.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE CONTEST. THE CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS (INCLUDING FEDERAL, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL) AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
