ReadymagTrainer
We’re looking for a Readymag trainer to join our Brand Marketing team. You’ll work closely with the Brand and Growth teams to create scripts and conduct demo and training sessions for existing and prospective Readymag users. This is a freelance, remote position with hourly pay. The projected workload is around 30 hours in the first month and 10-15 hours in subsequent months.
What you’ll do:
- Create new scripts and improve existing scripts for online and offline training;
- Conduct demo and training sessions online, at events, and in person, for individuals, small and larger groups;
- Partner with the Support, Growth, and Brand teams to regularly update training programs with new features, anticipate user requests, and address frequently asked questions;
- Collaborate with designers and editors to create promotional and follow-up materials;
- Communicate with users at events, including answering questions before the event and gathering follow-ups afterward.
- Proven experience in web design;
- Deep understanding of Readymag or similar design or website building tools;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas and requests into easily understandable how-to’s;
- Empathy, open-mindedness, and an upbeat attitude that inspires others to succeed;
- Passion for storytelling, technology, and education;
- Education or public speaking background—it’ll be a plus.
What you'll bring:
- $25-50/hour, depending on skills and experience;
- Guidance from Readymag’s design, product, and brand teams;
