This is an intellectual game to melt the walls you have: the Oracle Cards of Design Manifestos aim to open up your imagination and help you through some of the most frequently experienced forms of creative block.

Rules

Every time you refresh the page, it will offer a card with a phrase from an important 20th or 21st century design manifesto. It may come in the form of a streamline recommendation or vague meditation—consider it and try to interpret it as a clue for your design process.

It’s important for players to be ready to contemplate with the cards: that means keeping an open mind and trusting your intuition. Think about it like an in-depth conversation, one that’s merely facilitated by the cards and their implied meanings.

Please note that the Oracle Cards of Design Manifestos are a departure from the traditions and rules of classical divination cards. It isn’t split into major and minor arcanas. The number of cards is also conditional, and carries no semantic meaning.
