This includes personal information about End Users collected from us, Readymag, or via Readymag Services or cookies or similar technologies. 14.4 Collecting End User personal information under the material and territorial scope of the GDPR

If the provisions of the GDPR shall apply to your collection of personal information, you shall be deemed as data controller, and therefore you are responsible to comply with the provisions of the GDPR. If you collect personal information by using the Services, such personal information will be transmitted by Readymag, therefore Readymag, under the provisions of the GDPR, shall be deemed as a data processor. Please note, that in such case the data processing relationship between the data controller and the data processor shall be governed by a written contract, and such written contract shall satisfy the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR. In order to facilitate your compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, Readymag provides you a written contract on data processing, therefore, the data processing relationship between you, as a data controller and Readymag, as a data processor shall be governed by the Readymag data processing addendum and this addendum shall form an integral part of the Terms of Service of Readymag.
