Customer Support Agent (CET)
We’re looking for a thoughtful, tech-savvy Customer Support Agent to join our team and help users get the most out of Readymag. If you have a confident command of English, experience in customer or technical support, and enjoy solving problems with a human touch — we’d love to hear from you.
This is a remote position under a service agreement. Our support team workday typically starts around 10am (CET). The maximum expected time zone difference is around 3 hours so we can all stay connected.
