DO YOU OFFER RETURNS + EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. Please verify the correct items have been selected before completing the checkout process. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders to UK addresses will be delivered within 2-5 days. Orders being shipped to an address outside the UK can take up to 21 days to be delivered.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yessir! It might take a little more time but we’ll find a way to get the goods to your door wherever you are. If your country for shipping doesn’t seem to appear at checkout, drop us a message at workwithraya@gmail.com and we’ll get that sorted. International customers are responsible for customs and duties and any related import fees for all orders. We are raya ltd. is not responsible for any of these fees.

HELP! I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/ DAMAGED ITEM.

Oh no! (◕︿◕✿)/ We quality check each product before posting but understand that things can go wrong during transit. If this is the case for your product, please contact workwithraya@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item within 3 days of receiving it. If not reported within 3 days, a replacement/refund will not be issued.
