Two defining moments sparked my design passion. First, MTV’s animated vignettes fascinated me. My family didn’t expose me to art, so MTV opened my eyes, even if I didn’t understand it as “design” then. Around the same time, I started collecting magazines and researching design. My typography passion began as I amassed fonts and made collage zines from magazine clippings.
These experiences explain a lot about my work and personality today. They motivated my continual learning and always breaking down barriers between good, bad and ugly design.

Some of the most talented brand designers have the most forgettable personal branding for themselves, which I find completely ironic. While that doesn’t reflect on their work directly, it makes it a lot harder for clients to find, remember, and eventually hire them. So, starting with myself and having a strong personal brand that potential clients could find appealing was an obvious pivot point for me. As a brand identity designer, why would you treat your own brand any differently?
Professionally, I create influential and provocative brand experiences, encouraging brands to make bold, unconventional statements. I connect progressive brands with socially conscious audiences through this disruptive approach. Ultimately, I thrive working with brands that are brave enough to make bold moves that challenge the norms and expectations across categories. My goal is to shake things up through meaningful, boundary-pushing connections between brands and audiences with high expectations.
