These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Readymag, Inc., a Delaware company (“Readymag”, “we”, “our”, “us”), in regard of your use and access to Readymag tutorial webinar event (“Webinar”). Webinar is an online event whereby Readymag presenters provide presentation on the use of Readymag services and products.

In this case it is noted that individual presenters act on behalf of Readymag under agreements with Readymag. Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.
If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorized use of the material may lead to legal action.

Duration of one Webinar event is ninety (90) minutes and may not be changed. In case you do not require full Webinar event or it happened that you achieve your goals of Webinar event within a shorter period of time, the timing of the Webinar event stated hereby remain.

The webinar registration fee amounts to $200. Webinar registration fee is for one Webinar event only. Webinar registration fee shall be paid by the registrant at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of the Webinar event. Payment is acknowledged once debited to Readymag account. At the discretion of Readymag you may confirm your payment by providing Readymag with the relevant documents.
You may choose any of the following payment methods accepted by us:
Invoicing by Stripe: in this case we will provide you with the link to the webpage where payment may be undertaken;
You may authorize Readymag to withdraw Webinar registration fee from your bank card linked to your account in Readymag.

Registration for a Webinar event may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event. If for any reason, the presentation is required to be cancelled by Readymag, a notification email will be sent as soon as possible. Date and timing of a Webinar event may be changed up to 90 minutes prior to the event.

The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows video, audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact Readymag to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the web-event date. Readymag may use recording only for Readymag internal use for the purpose of improvement of Webinar events quality.
Web-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use, or require you to download the software for your operating system. After registration we will send you all necessary links. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.
